How to Order

Step 1 — Contact Us
Before placing your order, please email us at beibei2026888@outlook.com to confirm your pet’s style, size, and customization details. A deposit may be required before we begin your handmade piece.

Step 2 — Send Your Pet Photos
Please send us clear photos of your pet, including:

• A clear front-facing photo

• One or more side-view photos

The clearer the photos, the better we can capture your pet’s unique features and expression.

Step 3 — Handmade Production & Final Confirmation
Each piece is carefully handmade and usually takes approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. Once your custom piece is finished, we will send you photos for confirmation before shipping. The remaining balance will be paid before delivery.

Approximate Size

Pet Portrait / Keychain: approximately 9–15 cm
Framed Pet Portrait: approximately 20–25 cm

Please note that every item is handmade, so the final size, shape, and details may vary slightly. Each piece is unique and created based on the actual handmade result.

Important Information

All of our wool felt pet portraits are 100% handmade and custom-made based on the photos you provide. Please make sure your pet photos are clear and have been successfully sent to us before production begins.

At the moment, most of our custom pieces are available in head-only or head-with-paws styles. If you would like a full-body pet portrait, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the design and pricing.

Because every piece is individually handmade and personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product.
